Where in the world ARE Flat Niamh and Flat Clara?

We've just received the following pictures of Flat Niamh and Flat Clara and don't recognize anything from them.  Where could they be?

Any guesses? Hmmm, well it looks like they are peeking out of a duffel bag, doesn't it? What can it mean?

Where ever they are, they look tired and ready for a bath! Apparently it is quite humid there?
