Aloha Niamh,

This is my second day on the Island of Maui and I am adjusting to the time change from California (it’s 2 hours earlier here right now). 

On March 13th, most of America will observe Daylight Savings Time. In the States of Arizona and Hawaii the clocks are not changed. Wow that seems less confusing if you live in Hawaii.  So in March the time in Hawaii will be 3 hours earlier than in California.

I am staying on the “North Shore” in Haiku and I woke up to another beautiful day!
